Our Love Story

Back in high school, we were simply classmates sharing the same classrooms and hallways, yet living completely separate lives. We knew of each other, but we were never really close. Aside from a few conversations—usually when help with Math was needed—our paths rarely crossed.

After graduation, life led us in different directions. Years passed with only occasional and unexpected encounters as working professionals. We would briefly see each other in random places and then continue on our separate ways, never realizing that God was slowly weaving our story together.

Then came the pandemic, and somehow, we found our way back into each other’s lives. What began as casual conversations soon became a friendship we both looked forward to. Little by little, friendship grew into something deeper.

When he honestly shared his intention to pursue me, I was surprised. We seemed so different from one another, yet his sincerity and consistency never wavered. As our relationship grew, we prayed for God’s guidance, especially because we came from different beliefs. In His perfect timing, God worked gently in our hearts and drew us closer—not only to each other, but also to Him.

What began as a simple connection between two former classmates became a story of grace, faith, and God’s perfect timing. Today, with grateful hearts, we continue the journey He lovingly prepared for us all along.
